He graduated from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance and Professional Accounting. He is overall in charge of the entire management and operation of the Company — his duties include formulation of company’s policies, marketing and financial decisions as well as coordinating and managing the Company’s various departments.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the mechanical and technical aspects of concrete pump, as well as more than 25 years of experience in the concrete industry.

His duties include daily liaising with customers, consultants, contractors, site agents and field personnel, as well as managing the company’s resources and manpower to ensure that all customers will receive quality services as and when they want it.  He is also in charge of the marketing aspect of the Company that includes developing, liaising and maintaining good working relationship with customers and suppliers.

Prior to joining MCP, he had been trained in the concrete industry since 2013 and has developed strong understanding of the operation of concrete pump. His duties include supervising daily operations and pump operators, liaising with customers to ensure that all operations are conducted smoothly.

He joined MCP when it started in 2015 and has since demonstrated high level of commitment towards his duties and responsibilities, promoting him to be Pump Supervisor.
